ROISELAND STORY

In Vernoux-en-Vivarais, Roiseland is one of the big bourgeois residences from end XIXth century.

Mr Franck built Roiseland in 1870 as second home.

Roiseland has meadows and stables.

Roiseland was even called « le Château Franck », then « la Villa Rose ».

Without direct heir, Roiseland was divided and the home sold to Garnier's family.

Garnier's family lived in Roiseland with his 7 children and its house personnel.

Roland Esposito Maschio bought it back in 1992 to Garnier's heirs.

Before, Roiseland was empty for 8 years.
